[Important] By submitting this request, you agree with the followings.

1. I am the owner of the content and grant Exprive, Inc. the right to use it as specified in this agreement.

2. I obtained consent from all individuals appearing in the content, specifically covering the usage outlined in this agreement.

3. There is no violation or inclusion of sensitive items in the content. "Violation" refers to any breach of legal or ethical standards, and "sensitive items" include but are not limited to private information or inappropriate material.

4. Exprive, Inc. must disclose the name or ID of the content creator whenever the content is used. Disclosure methods may include crediting, tagging, or other agreed-upon means.

5. Exprive, Inc. can repost the content for promotional purposes for a duration of 2 years since the submission date. Reposting includes sharing, displaying, or distributing the content on Exprive, Inc.'s platforms.

6. Exprive, Inc. can make slight modifications to the content for promotional purposes, such as creating short-forms, taking screenshots, or adding icons. However, these modifications should not alter the original intent or message of the content.

7. Indemnification: The content submitter agrees to indemnify and hold Exprive, Inc. harmless against any claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the content submitted.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of South Korea.
