I’m Laura, French, currently visiting Korea and honestly loving every second of it (until July 25). 

Health, fitness and beauty have been part of my daily life for years — not as a trend, more as a baseline. I work out, I take my skincare seriously, I pay attention to what goes in and on my body. It’s just how I’m wired.

My Instagram (@lbr__laura) is pretty much a reflection of that — real stuff, no heavy filters on life. I’ve been through things that built a thick skin and a clear sense of who I am, and I think that comes through in what I share. People follow me because they feel that, not because everything looks perfect.

I’m drawn to Korea specifically because the standard here — in beauty, wellness, aesthetics — is genuinely impressive, and I want to dig into it properly while I’m here.
