Irene Euikyeong Ryu

Hi, I’m Irene Ryu! I’m a content creator & Pilates instructor based in San Diego.

I was born in South Korea, grew up in the Philippines, & studied Communications at the University of Illinois before moving to San Diego for law school. After graduating and taking the bar twice, I decided to follow my true passion and focus on content creation & pilates.

Growing up across different cultures gives me a unique perspective & helps me create content that feels relatable no matter where you’re from, making my content feel inclusive and approachable.

I teach Pilates at five studios across San Diego and create content about Pilates, beauty, and wellness. I love making UGC-style videos that feel natural, fun, and real, showing products and routines that fit seamlessly into everyday life.

When I’m not teaching or filming, I’m spending time with my cat Matcha & my dog Arthas, discovering new beauty and wellness gems, and sharing little moments that make life feel fun.
