JANGAN SAMGYETANG

Jangan Samgyetang has been serving ginseng chicken soup in central Seoul for 50 years. Each bowl arrives bubbling in a stone pot, with options like classic samgyetang, abalone samgyetang and baeksuk to share. It’s a dish with real history behind it and a spot that photographs beautifully, from the steam rising off the pot to the first spoonful of broth.
