“Career Exchange (Cx) III” Connecting Global Talent, Bilingual Professionals, and Industry Leaders in Seoul

Exprivé and Wanted successfully hosted Exprivé Wanted Career Exchange III (Cx III) at Episode Sinchon Campus in Seoul, bringing together bilingual professionals, global students, international speakers, and Korean companies for a large-scale career networking and knowledge exchange event focused on Korea’s evolving global workforce ecosystem.


The event was co-organized by Exprivé and Wanted and held from 1PM to 7PM at Episode Sinchon Campus near Sinchon Station in Seoul.

Building on the momentum of previous editions of Career Exchange, the third installment focused on practical career strategies, bilingual hiring trends, K-beauty globalization, and the growing demand for internationally minded professionals in Korea.


Career Exchange was created to support foreign students, young professionals, and bilingual Koreans seeking to build careers in Korea while also promoting diversity and inclusiveness within Korean society.

Cx III featured panels, seminars, networking sessions, and company participation across industries including technology, beauty, healthcare, global marketing, HR, and international business.
The event opened with networking and welcoming remarks by Exprivé and Wanted, followed by a keynote session by CareerLab CEO Brian Yoo on how bilingual professionals can create global career opportunities through LinkedIn.
Panel I. “How to Excel at Work as a Bilingual/Expat”
The first panel featured professionals from Coupang Pay, AXIS-Y, Tappytoon, and Clinkers discussing practical experiences working in Korea as bilingual and multicultural professionals.

The panel explored workplace communication, adapting to Korean corporate culture, multilingual collaboration, and strategies for long-term career growth in Korea.

Seminar II. “From Resume to Offer: The Real Standards of Global Hiring”
Disrupt CEO Jinhee Kim shared practical insights into how Korean companies evaluate global talent, including resume expectations, interview preparation, communication styles, and hiring trends for bilingual candidates.
The session focused on bridging the gap between international applicants and Korean hiring expectations.
Panel II. “Beyond Language: Building a Global Career in K-Beauty”
One of the most anticipated sessions of the event brought together international professionals actively working within Korea’s beauty and healthcare industries.

The discussion highlighted Korea’s growing role as a global beauty and healthcare hub driven by multicultural collaboration.
Seminar III. “Beyond Interpretation and Translation: Other Careers for Bilinguals”
Monica Jung of MH Career introduced alternative career paths available to bilingual professionals beyond traditional interpretation and translation roles.
The session explored opportunities in global marketing, international operations, creator economy businesses, partnerships, localization, HR, and overseas expansion strategy.
Panel III. “What Kind of Bilingual Talent Companies Actually Want”
The final panel focused on the real hiring expectations of Korean companies operating globally.

Closing Session
The conference concluded with a career reflection session by Desmy Lee, Global Business Development Manager at Samsung C&T, who shared personal insights on building a bilingual global career across Singapore and Korea.
The event ended with networking and a lucky draw session attended by students, professionals, creators, recruiters, and startup representatives from diverse backgrounds.

Cx III continued the expansion of Exprivé’s broader Career Exchange platform, which previously hosted hundreds of attendees and dozens of international speakers across multiple industries. Earlier editions included keynote speakers such as former ambassadors and global executives while creating networking opportunities between foreign professionals and Korean organizations.
