On September 5, 2026, 'EXPRIVE Cx Mongolia' was successfully held in Korea to support the career development, employment, and professional networking of Mongolian young people living, studying, and working in Korea.

Organized by 'EXPRIVE', 'Career Exchange (Cx)' is a career networking event designed to connect foreigners living in Korea with employers, professionals, businesses, and one another—providing access to real-world information, experiences, and new opportunities.

This edition of Cx Mongolia brought together Mongolian students, job seekers, employees, professionals, and influencers living in Korea, creating a space where participants could learn about working and developing their careers in Korea, connect with organizations, and expand their professional networks.

Approximately '220 participants registered', with around '120 attendees' joining on the day. Including speakers, sponsor representatives, influencers, networking guests, and the organizing team, approximately '168 people' gathered at the event venue.

'Real-World Experience & Career Advice from Professionals'

Professionals who have successfully built their careers in Korea joined the event as guest speakers and shared practical insights and personal experiences related to careers and employment with Mongolian youth.

Beyond presentations, participants had the opportunity to speak directly with representatives from organizations and professionals, ask questions about their careers and job searches, and explore potential opportunities.

A total of '16 representatives from sponsor organizations' also participated, providing information on demand for Mongolian talent, employment opportunities, and opportunities available within their organizations.

'Networking-New Connections, New Opportunities'

Networking was a key part of Cx Mongolia.

This year, '5 networking guests' were specially invited to participate. They connected with attendees based on their professional backgrounds and interests, sharing advice and information with students and others pursuing similar fields.

'Participation of Mongolian Influencers'

A total of '13 Mongolian influencers' living in Korea attended the event.

Together, the participating influencers had more than '109,000 followers', helping extend the event and its message to a broader Mongolian community.

'The Future of EXPRIVE Cx Mongolia'

This edition of Cx Mongolia demonstrated the strong demand among Mongolians living in Korea for 'career opportunities, employment information, and professional networking'.

EXPRIVE plans to continue organizing Cx Mongolia on a regular basis, connecting Mongolian youth with Korean companies, organizations, and professional networks while creating new opportunities for 'employment, career development, networking, and business'.
