Exprivé Launches “EXPRIVE CAST: K-POP Challenge,” Bringing Global Performers, Diplomats, and Cultural Leaders Together in Seoul

International K-pop performers from over 10 countries gathered at C-SQUARE in Seoul for a global cultural showcase blending performance, diplomacy, and creator culture.

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA — Exprivé, a Seoul-based global influencer and cultural platform company, successfully hosted EXPRIVE CAST: K-POP Challenge on March 23, 2026 at C-SQUARE in Samsung, Seoul, presenting a unique global performance showcase that brought together dancers, vocalists, performers, diplomats, media professionals, and cultural industry leaders from around the world.

The event was organized in partnership with Corner Forum and STRAWW, with support from BK Culture & Contents, Korea Culture Promotion Inc., and Phoenix Communications. Sponsors included NOTE Clinic, BONYX, Danahan, Sandfactory, Ganadara, Asia Model Festival, BRICKSAND, HiteJinro, Harney & Sons, and Red Bull.

Designed as a global K-pop cultural platform rather than a traditional audition program, EXPRIVE CAST highlighted how Korean entertainment and performance culture continue to inspire creators and artists across borders. Contestants and performers from countries including France, Poland, Romania, the United Kingdom, Israel, Algeria, Russia, the United States, and the Philippines participated in the program through dance, vocal, and stage performances rooted in K-pop and contemporary global performance culture.

The program opened with welcome remarks by Hong Seok-Kyu, Chairman of Bokwang Group, who emphasized the importance of cultural exchange and Korea’s growing role in the global creative economy.

Ambassador Oh Joon, Chair of Save the Children Korea and former Ambassador of Korea to the United Nations, introduced the event and spoke about the value of international collaboration through culture and the arts.

The event was hosted by Dr. Young-Eun Yang, senior anchor and news reporter at KBS, alongside voice actor and model Brooke Goodman.

A major highlight of the evening was a judge performance by Daniel Ahifon, artistic director of African Dance Company TAGG, whose stage blended African dance influences with contemporary global choreography. Ahifon also served as one of the event judges together with Hyojun Kim of Sandfactory Vocal Academy and Hong Seok-Kyu of Bokwang Group.

The competition lineup featured a diverse range of international performers and teams:

  • Team ID, a multinational K-pop dance crew based in Seoul featuring performers from France, Poland, Romania, and the UK, presented “Little Miss” by Girlset.

  • Yael from Israel performed “Zen” by Jennie, combining expressive storytelling and contemporary choreography.

  • Amira from Algeria showcased a vocal performance of “Don’t (주지마)” by Loco.

  • ForeigNoise, a breaking crew with members connected to the Korean diaspora in the United States and the Philippines, delivered a high-energy performance blending breaking and hip-hop culture.

  • Purple DaiSy, a Moscow-based K-pop cover dance team from Russia, performed “Bang Bang Bang” by BIGBANG.

An intermission performance was also presented by magician and mentalist Jiwan Kim of “The Imagine Show,” known internationally for appearances on programs such as Asia’s Got Talent and Pilipinas Got Talent.

Beyond the performances themselves, EXPRIVE CAST demonstrated Exprivé’s broader vision of creating global cultural infrastructure connecting creators, performers, brands, media, and international communities through Korean entertainment and lifestyle culture.

“EXPRIVE CAST was not simply about competition,” said Min Baek, Founder & CEO of Exprivé. “It was about creating a stage where people from completely different countries, languages, and backgrounds could connect through Korean culture together in Seoul.”

The event concluded with multiple sponsor awards recognizing standout performers, followed by a networking session among guests, creators, industry professionals, and partners.
