Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Opens in Gwanghwamun with Global Influencer Reception Hosted by Exprivé

Global creators gathered in Seoul for an exclusive Wolfgang’s Steakhouse evening with CEO Peter Zwiener and a private dry-aging room tour hosted by Exprivé.

On August 19, 2025, global influencer company Exprivé hosted a private influencer reception at the newly opened Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Gwanghwamun in central Seoul. The invitation-only event gathered international influencers, creators, media guests, and business partners for an evening centered around premium dining, hospitality, and immersive brand experience.

Originally founded in New York by Wolfgang Zwiener, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is internationally recognized for its USDA Prime dry-aged steaks and classic American steakhouse identity. Following the passing of founder Wolfgang Zwiener in 2024, the company continues under the leadership of his son, Peter Zwiener, who now serves as CEO of Wolfgang’s Steakhouse globally.

Peter Zwiener personally attended the Seoul reception and spent the evening engaging with invited influencers, creators, and partners as part of the brand’s continued global expansion efforts in Asia.

Hosted by Exprivé, the event included networking sessions, a steak dinner experience, management introductions, group photography, and an exclusive behind-the-scenes dry-aging room and kitchen tour. Guests were given direct access to Wolfgang’s signature dry-aging facilities, offering a closer look into the craftsmanship, storage process, and operational standards behind the restaurant’s globally recognized steaks.

The dry-aging room tour became one of the highlights of the evening, giving creators and media attendees a rare opportunity to experience a part of the restaurant typically inaccessible to the public. Peter Zwiener and the management team also shared insights into the restaurant’s philosophy, international growth, and commitment to maintaining consistent quality across global locations.

Unlike conventional influencer campaigns focused purely on social media exposure, the reception emphasized relationship-building and premium offline experiences.
